Getting Started

  • How can I create an account on Clicky?

    First time shoppers can easily register with us by clicking on the ‘Register’ link on our homepage. You will be asked to provide us with a few basic information, including your name, email address and contact details, along with a secure password. Make sure to fill in the mandatory details before submitting the form. After successful registration, you will receive an email containing your login details.

    Given below are a few points to remember while setting up an account on Clicky:

    • Add the current email address. This email address will be used to help retrieve your password,
      in-case you forget it.
    • Your password must be a combination of alphanumeric characters, and should have a
      minimum of 5 characters, including a number and an alphabet.
    • By creating a Clicky account you’re legally agreeing to our User Terms and Privacy Policy

    Please be assured that we never share your personal information with any individual, group or company outside Clicky.

  • Is it safe to shop online?

    With advanced security options to maintain the safety of your data, you can be assured that shopping with Clicky is safe and enjoyable. In order to achieve unparalleled customer satisfaction, while protecting your rights as a customer, we use high-end encryption systems to maintain the safety of potentially sensitive information.

Charges

  • Can I exchange a product?

    At present, we don’t provide options to exchange products. Buyers can return the items and place a new order to receive an item of their choice.

  • Are there any hidden charges when I shop on Clicky?

    There are NO hidden charges when you make purchases on Clicky. Price tags of listed items are all-inclusive and final. The price you see on the product pages is exactly what you have to pay, while receiving it from the shipping partner. But delivery charges may vary depending on the seller and their shipping partner. Hence make sure to clarify this with the seller whom you choose.

  • What is Cash on Delivery?

    With an increasing number of online fraudulent activities that pose serious threats that create a gr owing hesitation to avoid advance online payments, Cash on Delivery is an easier and safer alternative to avoid the vulnerabilities of online payment methods. C-o-D will help pay the cash at the time of delivery of the product.

  • Can I buy a product on EMI?

    At present, Clicky doesn’t offer any options to buy a product on EMI.

  • What are the delivery charges?

    Delivery charge is the fee that has to be paid for the on-time delivery of a purchased product. This is collected by the shipping company.

Shipping

  • How does the shipment/delivery process work?

    Unlike other online shipping sites, orders made on Clicky are delivered through reputed shipping partners. Buyers will be duly notified when the consignment is shipped. They will also be provided a tracking number to keep track of the orders.

  • How are the methods that you adopt to maintain the quality of packing?

    Our sellers and shipping partners take utmost care to follow the globally accepted packing procedure standards. Products sold on Clicky are packed in waterproof plastic wraps. Fragile items and electronic goods are safely wrapped in bubble wraps. We maintain internal ratings of sellers and shipping partners, based in the quality standards that they adopt to pack and ship products to various locations.

Orders Process

  • How can I make changes to my order?

    As our warehouse team is quick to start order processing processes, Clicky doesn’t offer the options to amend the details of completed orders..

  • How can I cancel an order?

    Your order can be cancelled before it reaches the ‘Order Shipped’ stage. In order to cancel your orders, please Contact Us soon with the order number.

  • How can I keep track of the status of my orders?

    The ‘My Account’ section will help review the status of your orders, so that you can receive relevant information based on the respective ‘Order Number’.

  • How do I track order confirmations on Clicky?

    Once the order has been logged, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will contain the details of your order.
    Buyers will be duly notified when the seller ships the product(s). Shipping details will also include the respective tracking code(s) to keep track of the purchases made. As we follow a Cash on Delivery process, the payment has to be made when the shipping partner delivers the product(s).

Delivery

  • What is the estimated time to deliver my order?

    The approximate delivery time will depend on the following factors:

    • Time required for the seller to offer the product(s).
    • Geographical location of the seller.
    • Time required for shipping partner to deliver the product(s).
    • Destination to which the order has to be shipped

    Generally, most of the sellers procure and ship your orders soon, thus making it possible to deliver them within the time period cited on the product page(s). However, our business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

  • Why do I see a discrepancy in the delivery time and delivery date mentioned?

    This occurs when the seller or the shipping partner has a holiday in-between the order date and the delivery date mentioned on the product page(s).

  • What do I do if the shipping partner does not/cannot ship to my area?

    ur premium shipping partners have delivery centres in most of the locations around the world, yet, the availability of shipping services will depend on the following factors that are crucial to decide on the delivery of a product to a particular location.
    The reasons that can cause a denial in delivery are as follows:

    • Whether the shipping partner delivers to your location
    • Legal restrictions on shipping the chosen product
    • For lack of credibility of account information

    Denying delivery to certain locations is under the sole discretion of the sellers and the shipping partners.

  • What are the processes involved in returning an item?

    Orders can be returned only on valid reasons. In order to initiate an expeditious return and to ensure a swift refund, buyers can contact sellers within 7 days of receiving the order, stating the order information, and reason of returning the3 item.
    Goods can be returned on the following conditions:

    • The product is damaged
    • You are not happy with the purchase
    • You are looking for different product.

    Return facilities are not allowed for the following purchases:

    • Items that are bought with discounts
    • Items that are bought with discounts
    • Products that are not supplied with valid hand tags, packing materials or labelling.

    Denying delivery to certain locations is under the sole discretion of the sellers and the shipping partners.

  • Does Clicky deliver internationally?

    Most of our sellers have longstanding partnerships with prominent shipping partners who own authorized delivery centres in most of the top cities in the world. Yet, the sellers/shipping partners are entitled to deny shipments of products to a particular location.

  • Do you offer insurance for products in-transit?

    All the electronic items will be insured against theft and unforeseen damages during the transit process.

  • How do I contact Clicky’s customer care team?
