3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.

4. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.
• We support Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and logistics conditions. We partner with third-party shipping providers to deliver orders across Pakistan. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns Policy and Refund Policy, which are available on the Platform. Products must be returned in their original condition within the specified return window.

7. Marketplace & Seller Brands

Clicky.pk operates as a marketplace. Products are listed and fulfilled by independent seller brands. While we facilitate transactions and provide quality oversight, individual sellers are responsible for their product descriptions, quality, and fulfillment accuracy.

8. AI-Assisted Communication

Our platform uses AI-assisted agents to handle customer inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and web chat. These agents may provide product recommendations, order updates, and support. AI-generated responses are supervised and may be escalated to human agents when needed.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Clicky.pk, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Clicky.pk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.

10. Prohibited Activities

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Interfering with the security or functionality of the platform
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Attempting to access other users' accounts
• Scraping or automated data collection without permission

11. Limitation of Liability

Clicky.pk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
