How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit/Debit card.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — you can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once shipped, please wait for delivery and then raise a return request.
How will I know my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or email with your order number shortly after placing your order.
Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take?
Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad) receive orders within 2–3 business days. Other cities take 3–5 days, remote areas up to 7 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. Visit our Track Order page to check the status.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is significantly delayed, please create a support ticket and we will look into it right away.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. All card transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Create a support ticket to initiate the process.
How long does a refund take?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
I received a damaged or wrong item — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number and we will sort it out immediately.
