You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • One ticket per order issue

How to return

  1. Create a support ticket with your order number
  2. Pack the item securely in original packaging
  3. Our courier will arrange a pickup
  4. Refund processed within 5–7 business days
